U.S. Department of State
Diversity Career Networking Event
May 9, 2012 • 6pm - 8pm

I began my career with the U.S. Department of State in Hong Kong, assisting local citizens traveling to America and helping American citizens in this country. I used my Chinese language skills and cultural knowledge to connect with others. I always had a passion for service which led me to become a U.S. diplomat.

I invite U.S. citizens to learn how to serve our country. Begin by attending our Diversity Career Networking Event. Come listen to and speak with experienced Foreign Service Officers, Foreign Service Specialists, and Civil Service Professionals about careers with the U.S. Department of State. They will explain and discuss the important work you could do to represent our country while living and working internationally.
