  Food is always an exciting topic, and so heaps of exciting workshops on food and gourmet cooking will be presented, and, of course, there will be much tasting of food throughout the day! From the middle of the 19th century and into the early 20th century, the cuisine of the West became increasingly international—and gourmetas immigrants from all over the world came to the mountains and valleys of the Great Basin looking for new opportunities. This food festival will seek to celebrate these foods in captivating and yummy ways!
