  2006 Parents' Choice Award-winning band, The Hipwaders, will be performing their "Hip Music For Kids" at the 2nd annual Sonoma County Buddy Walk at Howarth Park in Santa Rosa.

The Sonoma County Down Syndrome Support group is hosting this event to promote people with Down Syndrome. There will be nonprofits sharing information, a talent show, a BBQ lunch, and a raffle of wonderful prizes in addition to a live performance by The Hipwaders.

The Hipwaders were nominated by XM Satellite as Best New Kids Artists for 2005 and have been "wowing" audiences throughout the Bay Area for the past 2 years.
