Job Description The Manager, Enterprise Systems, leads a team of technology professionals and stakeholders responsible for managing implementation, governance, and support of core applications at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The position is responsible for effectively analyzing, planning, organizing, and leading teams in support of production applications while managing risk, workload, scope, capacity, schedule, and budget. This position also works closely with project sponsors, business and technical partners, subject matter experts, end-users, technical resources (internal and third-party vendors), senior management, and executives in the delivery and support of applications that ensure the needs of business users are fully addressed and continuous improvement is being achieved. Key Responsibilities Managing an application portfolio and associated projects. Identifying opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement - focused on collaboration systems and internal tools. Providing application administrative support across applications as needed. Partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT management to provide a strategic vision for new and supported applications and create system roadmaps and business processes. Addressing the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables. Balancing competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks in order to accommodate the needs of each user/customer. (b)For those disciplines for which a master's degree is not expected or required, the faculty intern shall possess any license or certificate required to do that work and (1) be within one year of completing the associate degree and have six years industry experience in the discipline, OR(2) have completed the associate degree and have completed five years of industry experience in that discipline. (c) Faculty interns shall only be assigned to teach or to serve in a discipline in which they would be legally qualified to teach or render service upon completion of their graduate studies or associate degree and six years of industry experience in that discipline. A faculty intern shall be limited to two years of participation in the program. (d) Each faculty intern shall serve under the direct supervision of a mentor who is legally qualified to teach the course or render the service that the faculty intern is providing. Evidence of demonstrated cultural competency, personal and professional life experience, and enthusiasm in serving the diverse academic, socioeconomic, gender identity, sexual orientation, racial, and cultural backgrounds of community college student populations, including students with differing abilities (physical and/or learning), as these factors relate to the need for equity-minded practices within the classroom.

Position Summary
The research administrative coordinator is a detail-oriented, adaptable, organized, and communicative individual that advises Principal Investigators and researching's in preparing grant proposals and maintaining post-award grant/contract accountability and compliance, in accordance with funding agency award agreements, university policy, and general accounting principles and procedures.
The position interprets federal/state guidelines and requirements and provides support in adhering to legal, policy, and technical requirements. Using the Banner Financial System and Excel includes maintaining shared ledgers for grants funds, cost share funds, matching funds (external and internal), and other related research funds.
This position will evaluate and approve purchase requisitions, place orders, process invoice payments, journal vouchers, Personal Services Contracts, and travel reimbursements. The position will verify the accuracy of receipts and expense claims, and review account files to ensure audit trail requirements are met. The position will assist faculty and staff as needed with completing travel requests and expense reports through the University's Concur travel system and ensures compliance with sponsor, IRS, State, and UO policies.
Minimum Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in business, finance, or compliance administration, including experience with project planning.
