Analyze potential violations of the federal securities laws and provide assistance to Corp Fin staff in referring matters to Enforcement. Assess and analyze tips, complaints, and referrals received from the general public and other persons alleging accounting, disclosure, and other deficiencies in registrant filings and financial statements.
