If you have had little or no financial training and are responsible for preparing and monitoring a budget for your association, then you don’t want to miss this seminar! You’ll explore a new concept called continuous budgeting that will make your annual budget process easier, less time-consuming and result in a remarkable accurate budget. You’ll learn how to develop, monitor and analyze a budget. Additionally, you’ll understand how to read financial reports and use them as valuable decision-making tools. Offered as a half day session in conjunction with Executive's Role in Financial Management of Nonprofit Organizations.
