City of Pleasanton Civic Arts will host the annual Free Shakespeare in the Park performance of "The Tempest" by the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, Saturdays and Sundays, June 24 - July 9, 7:30 p.m., at Pleasanton Middle School. The school is located at 5001 Case Avenue at the corner of Bernal in Pleasanton. This is a new temporary venue for this annual event. Picnic suppers and low lawn chairs are welcome. Admission is free.
