Representatives of the U.S. State Department, including Ambassadors, Diplomats and other senior-level members, will be visiting Miami, Florida in an effort to recruit more Latinos, African Americans, Women, and other people of color.  All interested persons are invited to attend.

The Miami event will be the twelfth held in this series since this national effort was initiated to ensure that the U.S. Department of State looks more like the face of America.  Previous events have been held in Houston, Los Angeles, Anaheim, San Diego, San Antonio, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Raleigh, Detroit, and New York. Future events will likely be held in other highly diverse major U.S. metro areas.
